COLORED YARNS

High fastness results to get yarns whiches dyed in yarn dyehouse of KarsuTekstil. Colours constitute appropriately with colours of pantone catalague.
Dye tanks are 25, 50, 100, 160, 230, 240, 430, 450 kilograms and can dye every kind of goods.

Dyes like modal, micromodal, cotton, viscose, poliester, acrylic fibers made yarns by 6 tons/day capacity.

TWISTED YARNS

TWISTED YARNS

KarsuTekstil has 3 tons/day capacity twisting department in factory at Kayseri.
Both tricot and weave torsion can twisting in this department.

CORE SPUN YARNS

CORE SPUN YARNS

KarsuTekstil has been producing with experience of 30 years core spun yarns since 2006.

During yarn spinning process, elastan beginning to enter from delivery roller to twisting area with fiber and twist in this area with fiber and produce core spun yarn.
In that time elastan stays centre of yarn and covers surface by fiber. Thus, elastanperfetly covers by fiber.
Core spun yarn prefers at knitted and woven fabrics.
